"Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas. "
~ Calvin Coolidge

The full sized Christmas tree has made its debut over the weekend in our living room. For the past few years we’ve kept a small tree about a two feet in height as our icon of Christmas. More or less our of convenience it was easier to put the whole ‘little Christmas tree’ away with all decorations still in place then having to deal with a full day of putting ornaments and lights in boxes. Its actually very nice to see a full sized tree staking a claim to a corner of the living room. So last night I snapped a few pictures around midnight, it somehow seemed fitting.
