Jazz Hands

"I give bird songs to those who dwell in cities and have never heard them, make rhythms for those who know only military marches or jazz, and paint colors for those who see none."
~ Olivier Messiaen

So a local radio personality asked me to take some shots of her and the trio of smooth jazz musicians she plays with. The setting was at the Bistro and that afforded me two overhead pot lights for illumination. I really relied on the flash on this one and the Fuji’s low noise high ISO capabilities. I have a lot of beefs with the Fuji S3 but its noise levels at 800 or 1600 ISO isn’t one of them.

I might convert some of the detailed shots into wallpapers for the music lovers out there.
