Close to 3 years ago I did my first experiments with streams and the motion of water. I had mixed results, mostly blow out and frustration so I put it aside. Not that this is a shot worthy of being cited as a perfect example, BUT, I am happy enough with the results I’ve been getting lately.

By the by a polarizer can be a great asset in this kind of work.
