I am Czech (Wikipedia) by birth and Canadian by grace and the determination of my family to escape the now long gone iron curtain. Both countries pride themselves on beer consumption. So I attempt to bridge the gap by drinking Czech beer while my butt if firmly planted on Canadian soil.

This is not to say that Canadian beer isn’t good. Ontario craft brewers serve up some tasty options. FYI, it has been said that if you drink a different beer that’s brewed in the Czech republic each day you’d cover most of it not all of a year to get through them.

Yes I need a diffuser box and not the stupid umbrellas for this kind of work.
